Refund Policy

At Eduzone, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and support to all our students. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. General Policy

All course fees paid to Eduzone JEET are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances outlined below.

2. No Refunds for the Following

• Change of mind after enrollment

• Poor academic performance or dissatisfaction with teaching

• Non-attendance or discontinuation by the student

• Requests made after the batch has started

• Delay or absence due to personal issues, health, or relocation

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only under the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made for the same course

• Technical error during an online payment process (subject to verification)

• Course cancellation by Eduzone JEET before the batch begins

In such cases:

• The request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction

• Proof of payment (such as UPI reference ID, transaction slip, etc.) must be provided

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited via the same mode of payment used during the transaction (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or card payment). Cash refunds are not entertained.

6. Institute’s Right to Deny

Eduzone reserves the right to deny any refund request if found unreasonable, false, or against our stated policy. All decisions taken by the management will be final and binding.
